Hi, I’m pastor Dan Moore and I would like to introduce myself and my family to you. My wife of forty-three years, Lisa, plays a vital role in our ministry. We have one daughter, Sharon, her husband Mike Manies and one very awesome granddaughter Haden who lives in Pinehurst NC.

I have been blessed and honored to be the pastor of Heath Memorial since 2012. Before entering ministry full time, I owned and operated my own business for many years.

I was licensed in 2012 as a Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church. I graduated Course of Study from Duke Divinity Seminary. And in October of 2023 I was ordained as an Elder in the Global Methodist Church.

Over the last twelve years I have watched as God has led people with amazing Spiritual gifts and talents to Heath. This has led to new growth with young families and children.

I believe there are times in ministry when we need to get out of the way and let the Holy Spirit do his job. This is a Spirit led church, and I believe in preaching and teaching the full authority of God’s Holy Word and ministering to our local community and families.
